River Dance is a new line of rods for the 2023 model year from the Narval Fishing brand.

The series opens with 11 rod models, each of which has been tested by multiple tests on fishing trips and competitions. You could see pre-production samples of these spinning rods in action in the hands of our athletes during the Pro Anglers League tournament.

The River Dance series blanks are made from a combination of T40 and T30 graphite fibers from the Japanese concern Toray. Thanks to the high quality of carbon and special binder materials, it was possible to achieve an excellent combination of Fast action, lightness, strength and sensitivity of the blanks, which reveal themselves to an even better extent when they are put to work when landing fish.

The blanks are equipped with Sea Guide rings (from 9 to 10 pieces, depending on the length of the rod), a Fuji IPS reel seat with a front nut, and practical EVA80 is used for the handle and buttgrip.

River Dance is not only an excellent jigging tool. With these spinning rods you can twitch wobblers and cast jigs and vibes over long distances. Thanks to the complex structure, the number of fish coming off during fishing is minimal. Despite the apparent choppiness of the rod, it is worth equipping the rod, and it comes to life, accurately and confidently working out the jerks of even very large fish, without “failing” when casting, retrieving and fishing in the current.
